Questions
- What counts as a check?
- Every address you verify, through the API or the dashboard, single or in a bulk list. Cached results count too; invalid syntax still counts because we still answered.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- Further checks return a 402 quota_exceeded error until your quota resets on the 1st of the month (UTC), or until you upgrade. Upgrades apply within a minute.
- Do unused checks roll over?
- No. Quotas reset at the start of every calendar month.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the period, then drop back to Free.
- Do you send email to the addresses I check?
- Never. Bouncerly talks to the recipient's mail server and disconnects before any message is sent.
