Privacy policy

What we store

Your account details (name, email, sign-in provider), your workspace and billing details (handled by Stripe), and the addresses you verify along with their results.

Verification data

Results are cached for up to 30 days so repeat checks are fast. Request logs are kept for 30 days and bulk jobs are deleted 30 days after they finish. We never send email to the addresses you check and never sell or share them.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for account emails, and cloud hosting providers in the EU and US.

Your rights

You can delete your workspace at any time, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@bouncerly.com.
